Meet Meghan McConellogue

Since our first flip in 2011, my husband and I have been happily designing and renovating homes in a variety of settings, from Canada, to California, and now in our final home, Illinois!   We love what we do.   Demo?  Yes!    Tiling? Yep!    Painting?  Ugh, if we have to :)   I serve as the principle designer, project manager, and stager of each project. My husband Joseph executes my custom designs as my trusted contractor. Now that we have put down roots in Illinois,  I am thrilled to permanently establish my design company in the Chicagoland area.

We are an award winning, full service design studio.  We do it all: Design, Renovate, Flip, Source, Refinish Furniture, Update Exteriors, Stage, and Organize.  We partner with wonderful contractors and use reliable tradespeople (and even homeowners!) to bring to life the unique vision that we create together. I particularly specialize in helping new homeowners see the possibilities that their new house is hiding with existing walls, tired exteriors, odd layouts, and outdated fixtures.    

My passion is to work in collaboration with clients and create a home they love spending time in.  Whether you are renting your first apartment or building your dream home, I can help you love where you live.
